Yes, you need your systems inspected twice a year. Especially if the heater is gas or propane. We perform different tasks on your system in the Summer than we do in the Winter. Gas appliances can be hazardous if they are not running with proper:
- Air Flow
- Clearances
- Temperatures
- Wiring
Also, if your heat exchanger has holes in it, it could be letting potentially deadly carbon monoxide gas into your home through the ductwork!
